Wellness Initiative for Senior Education (WISE) Program: Aging Sensitivity

This lesson explores the biological realities of aging and encourages personal reflection on attitudes toward growing older. Participants will develop greater sensitivity to their own aging process and recognize the unique strengths and advantages that come with age, fostering a more balanced and empowered perspective.

Registration is not required. As always, no library card needed to attend this event.
