☕ Arrival & Welcome (11:00 – 11:30): Grab a coffee or tea, settle in, and get ready to unwind.
📚 Solo Time (11:30 – 12:15): Read, sketch, journal, or simply relax, no screens, no pressure. We’ll have guided journaling prompts ready if you want a little inspiration.
🎲 Social Time (12:15 – 12:45): Chat with like-minded people, make new friends, share ideas, or play board games. Prefer to stay in your own world? That’s totally fine too.
🍕 Wrap-Up (12:45 – 1:00): One last slice of pizza, and you leave feeling calmer than when you arrived.
