Some months weโll integrate gentle movement to prepare the body; other times weโll focus on understanding the science and mechanics of breathโhow it affects the nervous system, focus, and overall health. Weโll also work with the breath as a tool for emotional release and stress relief, creating more space for clarity and calm.
