Somatic Breathwork and Sacred Sound

During this session, you will be guided through various breathing techniques to help release tension, clear stagnant energy, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance. The vibrational frequencies of sacred sound instruments such as crystal singing bowls, and chimes will further enhance the healing experience, helping to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.

Whether you are new to breathwork and sacred sound or have experience with these practices, all are welcome to join us for this powerful and rejuvenating session. Come prepared to breathe deeply, let go of what no longer serves you, and connect with the healing vibrations of sacred sound.
