Bends & Brews with Ashes to Bones Yoga Studio

Looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and good times? Join Ashes to Bones Yoga Studio at Sandpiper for a laid-back yoga class that's all about feeling good, moving mindfully, and enjoying some of your favorite local brews.

The instructor will guide you through a gentle, accessible yoga practice designed to help you de-stress and reconnect with your body. No need to be a yoga guru - just come as you are, ready to breathe, stretch, and maybe even discover a new favorite
pose.

Once we've cooled down, the fun continues! You can kick back, relax, and savor the moment with friends. It's the perfect way to unwind after a long week.
