Brad Mullins is an artist and studio owner in Carmi, Illinois. After attending a series of required classes at Bob Ross Incorporated, he became a ”Certified Ross Instructor”, enabling him to teach Ross' famous methods of creating beautiful works of art. Brad provides monthly painting opportunities at his studio, plus offers classes at several nearby colleges, libraries, and art organizations. His work continues to honor Bob Ross' legacy by spreading the joy of painting across the Midwest and beyond.
