Swag & Stroll

Swags are festive ornamental arrangements often made with fresh greenery and displayed on doors or walls during the holiday season. Though they can be crafted from many materials, traditional swags highlight the beauty and fragrance of evergreens.

Join us for a beloved Beaver Brook tradition! We’ll begin with a guided walk on the trails to explore and learn about local evergreens such as hemlock, white pine, and mountain laurel. Then, warm up with coffee, tea, and cookies as you’re guided through creating your own long-lasting holiday swag.

You’ll leave with a beautiful, handcrafted swag and a healthy dose of holiday spirit!

Please Note:
A portion of this program takes place outdoors. Dress in layers, wear sturdy shoes, and be prepared for the weather.
All greenery and ribbon will be provided. You're welcome to bring your own decorative accents to personalize your swag.
