Easy Fitness Walks Monday - Fall 2025

Join naturalist Kat Dickau for some easy-paced fitness walks around Beaver Brook and other local trails. Enjoy a guided walk covering up to 3 miles each day. Learn new trails, meet new hiking companions and see what nature has to offer. Participants need to be able to walk at a pace of about 2 mph, this is our easiest guided walking group. Walks will take place rain or shine unless risky weather.

This 15-week class will meet on:
Mondays from 10am-12pm
September 1, 8,15,22,29, October 6,13,20,27, November 3,10,17 (Break November 24), December 1,8, 15. No Make Up Date
Cost: $180 | 10% off BBA Members
