On the longest night of the year, under the quiet stillness of the Winter Solstice, we gather to receive the healing power of sound and vibration.
This is more than a sound bath — it is a Frequency Healing Experience designed to bring your body, mind, and spirit back into harmony.

We are honored to welcome Jennifer Gehl, who will guide us through three High-Frequency Transmissions that together facilitate releasing the past and welcoming in all that is soul-aligned.
✨ What is Frequency Healing?
Every part of your body — your organs, bones, heart, and even your thoughts — carries a natural vibration. When stress, grief, trauma, or illness enter our lives, those vibrations can shift out of balance.
During this session, you will be immersed in healing frequencies such as:
432 Hz – Earth’s Natural Frequency
Known as the “heartbeat of the Earth,” it grounds the body, calms anxiety, and restores inner peace.
528 Hz – The Frequency of Love + Cellular Repair
Often called the “Miracle Tone,” this frequency supports heart healing, DNA repair, and emotional transformation.
639 Hz – Connection & Relationships
Helps harmonize the heart with others, promoting forgiveness and deeper compassion.
These frequencies flow through crystal singing bowls, gongs, crystal pyramids, koshi chimes, and drum vibrations, creating waves that move through the body — releasing tension, clearing blocked energy, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system (your rest-and-heal state).
