The Show
This isn’t your average tribute performance. For one night only, The Insiders—already known as the premier Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers experience—will take the stage at the Historic Park Theatre to celebrate the legendary Traveling Wilburys.
Expect a setlist packed with the timeless songs of the Wilburys themselves, along with hits from Bob Dylan, George Harrison, ELO, and Roy Orbison. It’s a rare tribute to one of the greatest supergroups of all time, performed with a passion and precision that has audiences across the Midwest raving: close your eyes and you won’t know the difference. About The Insiders
Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, The Insiders bring together six veteran musicians with decades of combined touring and stage experience. Frontman Max Lockwood grew up steeped in the music of Tom Petty, and his uncanny vocal resemblance is what originally sparked the group’s rise. After Tom Petty’s passing in 2017, Lockwood gathered some of his favorite musicians for a tribute benefit show that sold out and raised thousands for a local shelter. The energy of that night lit a fire, and The Insiders haven’t looked back since.
From sold-out theatres to festival stages, they’ve become one of the most in-demand tribute acts in the region, praised by critics and fans alike. Now, they’re bringing that same intensity and respect for the music to this special Traveling Wilburys showcase.
