Michelle is an Anatomy in Motion practitioner with the Pilates Hive in Holland!

A pronated, or flat foot, is Essential during gait (walking). You just don't want to live in pronation 24/7. Michelle will be discussing what you can do to remind your feet to both pronate AND supinate (where your arch lifts), why your glutes don't fire, and shoe 👟 options that make feet smile 😊 (hint: your feet don't want to be lazy). 🦶🏻🦶🏻
