Mobility Lab

Come and experience an hour of unwinding for your arms, shoulders, neck and upper/mid back as well as diaphragm. Techniques used will be both at a wall and on the floor. Bring loose clothing or wear clothing you are comfortable removing in a group to access these body areas. To have a better experience, please consider purchasing these self-care tools from Tune Up Fitness, which will be highlighted in the class. A few of these will be available to use, but if you have your own, even better since you will have them at home after the class!
