Free Drop-In Community Yoga
Free Drop-in Community Yoga! No need to sign up. No “yoga” experience needed. Just come, move, and breathe together. It is super trauma-informed and mindful, deliciously soulful, absolutely anatomically make-sense! It will stir up all parts of you for transformation! It is taught by certified yoga therapist Ria Nieboer (LMSW, EMDR Certified, AEDP Level 1, RYT500/E-RYT200, ADS, C-IAYT) with wholeheartedcounselingandyoga.com
