Join us for a deeply restorative 90-minute workshop exploring various somatic practices to cultivate a grounded foundation for better understanding your body, mind, and chronic pain.
In this session, we will gently reconnect with our bodies through supportive movement, guided breathwork, and mindfulness techniques designed to regulate the nervous system.
By shifting from a place of tension to one of awareness, we can begin to reframe our relationship with pain, fostering greater ease, resilience, and self-compassion.
What to Expect:
✔️ Gentle breathwork to soothe the nervous system
✔️ Guided meditation for pain perception and relaxation
✔️ Body awareness practices to cultivate safety and trust in movement
✔️ Somatic techniques to release stored tension
✔️ Restorative poses to encourage deep rest and integration
This session is accessible to all bodies and levels of experience. No prior yoga experience is required, just a willingness to explore and listen to your body's unique needs.
