She Comes Home is a nourishing cacao, breathwork & energetics ceremony for women who are ready to soften into their body, open their heart, and reconnect with their feminine essence.
We begin with ceremonial cacao to gently open the body and heart, inviting warmth, softness, and presence. From here, you’ll be guided through breathwork and embodied energetic practices designed to support release, connection, and remembrance.
This is not about becoming more or fixing yourself.
It’s about creating space to return to what’s already within you, your sensual aliveness, your grounded feminine power, and your natural presence.
You’ll be invited to:

What to bring:
Comfortable clothing you can move and lie down in, water bottle, journal (optional), and something cosy to rest in.
