På dette retreat følger vi din “indre flod”, som en metafor for vores egen “grundtilstand’ eller måde-at-være-i-verden-på.
I stedet for at ændre flodens forløb, så er vi der for at finde kraften i dens form, dens dybe sving, hurtige strømme og stille vige.
De fleste leder efter forandring, men på dette retreat leder vi efter 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈.
Vi bruger den indre flod som et fælles tema og de 5 Rytmer - 𝑭𝒍𝒚𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆, 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒐, 𝒌𝒂𝒐𝒔, 𝒍𝒚𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒌 𝒐𝒈 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒉𝒆𝒅 - som vores kompas, til at lede os på vej i vores undersøgelse af det, vi kommer af.
De tidligere påske-retreats har haft titlen; “𝐾𝑟𝑎𝑓𝑡 𝑚𝑒𝑑 𝑘𝑙𝑎𝑟ℎ𝑒𝑑 & ℎ𝑗𝑒𝑟𝑡𝑒”.
Retreatet har stadig fokus på kraft, men det er betonet på en lidt anden måde. Intentionen er at bevæge sig væk fra at forandre og bevæge sig med og mod det vi kan, det vi kender, i vores fremtræden, vores form og ære det.
Vi arbejder med at finde dans og bevægelse som bekræfter det vi kommer af, for at genopdage hos selv.
𝑬𝒕 𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒆, 𝒔𝒐𝒎 𝒎𝒂̊𝒔𝒌𝒆 𝒗𝒊𝒍 𝒗æ𝒌𝒌𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒊 𝒅𝒊𝒈:
Når vi vandrer gennem vores barndomsgade, så aktiveres vores hukommelse for de måder, vi var i verden på den gang. Vi mærker, hvad der kunne skabe begejstring, frygt, glæde, modstand, etc..men også en tid, der lå før vores voksne udgave.
Er der noget vi har mistet på vejen. Er der noget, som blev glemt, overhørt eller overset i bestræbelserne på at blive et voksent menneske? 🙂….måske en bestemt fascination, en væremåde, en umiddelbarhed, en bestemt følelse, etc.
𝑨𝒕 æ𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒊𝒏 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎
Frem for at kigge frem, så bevæger vi os modstrøms i forhold til tidens udviklingstvang. Vi skal ikke udvikle – vi skal afvikle.
Vi bevæger os tilbage til det kendte, for at kunne åbne os fra et nyt, mere ærligt sted og i større samklang med os selv.
I at bevæge sig med det vi kan og kender, er der en dyb form for selvomsorg. I stedet for at stræbe efter en "bedre version" af sig selv, bruger vi retreatet på at finde ind til: "𝐷𝑒𝑡𝑡𝑒 𝑒𝑟 𝑚𝑖𝑛 𝑘𝑙𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑏𝑢𝑛𝑑. 𝐷𝑒𝑡𝑡𝑒 𝑒𝑟 𝑚𝑖𝑛 𝑔𝑟𝑢𝑛𝑑𝑡𝑜𝑛𝑒”.
Når vi bekræfter det, bliver dansen en ceremoni, for vores eksistens, frem for en “træningstime”.
Årstiden, foråret, er som et bagtæppe for dette retreat. Vi henter inspiration for lysets tilbagevenden og den kraft der ligger i, at alt spirer frem. Og bruger årstiden, og overgangen, til at komme i kontakt med egen og fælles kraft.

𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓
On this retreat we follow your “inner river”, as a metaphor for our own "sense of ourselves” or basic-way-of-being-in-the-world.
Instead of changing the course of the river, we are there to find the power in its shape, its deep bends, rapid currents and quiet coves.
Most people are looking for change, but on this retreat we are looking for 𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈.
We use the inner river as a common theme and the 5 Rhythms - 𝒇𝒍𝒐𝒘, 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒐, 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒐𝒔, 𝒍𝒚𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 - as our compass, to guide us on our path in our exploration of what we come from.
Previous Easter retreats have been titled; “Power with clarity & heart”. The retreat still focuses on power, but it is emphasized in a slightly different way.
The intention is to move away from changing, and move with and towards what we can. What we know, in our appearance and form, and to honor it. And to find movement and dance that confirms, what we come from, in order to rediscover ourselves.
𝑨𝒏 𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒚 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒏 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖:
When we walk through the street of our childhood, our memory is activated for the ways, we were in the world at that time. We notice what could create excitement, fear, joy, resistance, etc..but also a time that was before our adult version.
Is there something we have lost along the way. Is there something that was forgotten, unheard or overlooked in the efforts to become an adult? 🙂….maybe a certain fascination, a way of being, an immediacy, a certain feeling, etc.
𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒏𝒆'𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎
Instead of being fixated on change have to happen, we move against the current, in relation to the times development compulsion. We aren't there for "traditionel development" – but for unwinding the past.
We move back to the known, in order to unfold ourselves from a new, more honest position and in more coherence with ourselves.
In moving with what we can and what we know, there is a deep form of self-care. Instead of striving for a "better version" of ourselves, we use the retreat to find: "This is my soundboard. This is my fundamental tone".
When we dance to affirm what we come from, the dance becomes a ceremony for our existence rather than a "training class".
The season, spring, is like a backdrop for this retreat. We receive inspiration from the return of light and the power that lies in everything sprouting. And use the season, and the transition, to get in touch with our own and the power of the group.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 “𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘” 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬
The community is very central in those days. We are not just there to find the power in own space.
The retreat finds special inspiration in how to create the good community, where everyone contributes actively, regardless of whether it's in your dance or your daily task.
𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠 (𝟲 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 / 𝟱 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀)
A clear framework and the program aim to minimize unnecessary disturbances and create a special space where you can give yourself completely to your own dance/process. The dance is our joint ritual for the entire stay.
There are 6 hours of dance and movement on a full day. There is leisure time in the middle of the day, so you have time for exploring the fantastic nature surrounding Lyngborgen.
Below is an example of how a day could be structured:
07.30-08.30: Breakfast
09.00-13.00: 5Rhythms dance
13.30-14:30: Lunch
14.30-17.00: Leisure time
17.00-19.00: 5Rhythms dance - A wave that builds on today's theme
19.30-20.30: Dinner
20:30-22:00: Evening - Leisure or community activities
𝗟𝗬𝗡𝗚𝗕𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡
Lyngborgen is located on a large natural plot of 60,000 m2 and approx. 500 m from a beautiful beach in the bay of Sejerø.
There is a small natural forest on the plot, soccer field, volleyball court, basket net, playground and campfire. Lyngborgen borders a beautiful and protected nature area and this area are the only one between Lyngborgen and the beach (see photos in the event).
The camp contains a large and separate pyramid-shaped space with wooden floor.
The beds are divided into double rooms, 4 to 6-person rooms. Therefore, you must be confident with sleeping with others, of the same gender, unless you come in a group, with a number - 4 to 6 persons - that fits in the rooms.
It's possible to buy a single room, a bed in a double room and cabins. It will also be possible to bring a tent, or a wagon, to stay in without any additional charge, if you want some more privacy.

Lyngborgen is located 90 km from Copenhagen and there is public transport to the site. There will also be an opportunity to coordinate transport in a group on Facebook. You can there connect with people who go by car to the retreat.

To make the retreat as accessible, to as many people as possible, the price is low. This can be done because the facilities of Lyngborg aren't luxury. The accommodation is more in the hostel category.
Emphasis is placed on having good facilities for the dance and resources in creating a good program that can promote a rewarding process - less luxury but more effect
The camp is functioning by the help of the group. That means that you have a task every day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, washing up or cleaning - approx. 1 hour duration.
But it isn't just about price. It's deliberate that the retreat is built on active co-responsibility. The good communities more often arise where we ourselves have a share in the creation.

If you should be prevented from participating, you can get your money back offset a management fee of 500, - DKK until March 1st. From March 1st. to March 15th. you will be able to get half of your money back, because we pay for the camp no matter what. After the 15th. and until the 25th of march you can get your dietary money back. After that date it isn’t possible to get money back, as most of the food is bought for the camp. However, you always have the opportunity to sell your ticket to someone else.

Before joining the retreat, make sure you want to participate in the dance every day.
You must also agree upon that alcohol is not consumed in the camp. When this is emphasized, it's about maintaining the clarity and presence that the dance creates with the other activities and thereby get the full effect of the activities.

𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜𝗦 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗷ø𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿?
I have a ❤️ that beats for dance. Dance has followed me since I started, as a 3-year-old, at Ulla Poulsen's dance school in Ringsted .
My interest in body and movement started with my yoga and meditation practice when I was in my early twenties.
I became a yoga teacher in 2005 and have practiced 5Rhythms dance since 2007. I have taught improvised dance in my own concept - Nuets Dans - since 2015 and have since become a 5Rhythms teacher.
I'm also a psychologist with my own practice. I have worked clinically, i.a. with therapy and supervision, since 2005.
In recent years, I have been very busy developing methods where the body and movement are actively used in therapy.
I attended my first retreat at the age of 26 and have since participated in many different retreats. The experiences, both good and bad, help to create the framework for the stay.
Over the past 12 years I have organized many different camps and retreats. My ❤️ also beats for what we can create together.
My own training and teaching can be summarized as a training in; "being with what there is", regardless of whether it is in dance, therapy, meditation, yoga or another form of practice. This is what I strive for in my own life and try to pass on. I have a son who is 18 years old, and isn't that interested in 5Rhythms dance, but I love him anyway :) ❤️
