Vi lader krop og bevidsthed gå på opdagelse, i både indre og ydre rum, for at blive klar på;
𝑯𝒗𝒐𝒓 𝒌𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝒋𝒆𝒈 𝒇𝒓𝒂 ….𝒐𝒈 𝒉𝒗𝒐𝒓 𝒆𝒓 𝒋𝒆𝒈 𝒑𝒂̊ 𝒗𝒆𝒋 𝒉𝒆𝒏?

ENGLISH VERSION
The days at the retreat are a sensuous invitation to make a stop and give yourself time and space to unfold your dance - and through movement immerse yourself in the transition to the new year. Transitions are used thematically, as our storyline; 𝑬𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 & 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑩𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈
In connection with our body, we unfold the 5 Rhythms - 𝒇𝒍𝒐𝒘, 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒐, 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒐𝒔, 𝒍𝒚𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 - and the principles the rhythms carry with them: 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒊𝒗𝒆, 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔, 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒈𝒐, 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒈𝒐 𝒐𝒇 𝒍𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒈𝒐 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒊𝒕 𝒃𝒆.
We let our body and mind explore both inner and outer spaces, to become aware of; 𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒅𝒐 𝑰 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 …..𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒎 𝑰 𝒈𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈?
𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝑷𝑨𝑪𝑬 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒔 𝒂 𝑹𝑰𝑻𝑼𝑨𝑳
Our movement in the dance space is our daily ritual and a way to "tune" body and mind. The form of the ritual invites you to step in with a heightened awareness. A return to the same space. A form and method, as a point of reference, which creates stability and a freedom to transcend old patterns and bring us deeper into the dance – and closer to ourselves.
And not for the sake of the ritual, but to set life in motion - not only the life that is, or lies in front of us, but also the life which has been lived. In the repeated dance we connect to the present. Leaning into the stillness that the now brings with it, and from there we expand our way of being in life. The stillness tells us that life hold us - regardless of our own "weather forecast"🙂
𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗗
Although the dance is the main element, the retreat is structured on an interweaving of different contexts. We search for spaces that call for presence and commitment - whether it’s in dance, in nature, song, artistic expression, work, etc. - and weave them together so that our dance comes to life in other contexts and other contexts give life to the dance.
We can transform something with our dance, with words, with song/sound and with other forms of expression. And create access to new spaces within us.
No retreats are alike. There is a transition where a "new narrative" is created. Where new life and commitment must fill the spaces - inner as well as outer.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 “𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘” 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬
The community is very central in those days. We are not just there to find the power in own space. The retreat finds special inspiration in how to create the good community, where everyone contributes actively, regardless of whether it's in your dance or your daily task.
𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠 (6 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 / 5 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀)
A clear framework and the program aim to minimize unnecessary disturbances and create a special space where you can give yourself completely to your own dance/process. The dance is our joint ritual for the entire stay.
There are 5-6 hours of dance and movement every day. There is leisure time in the middle of the day, so you have time for exploring the fantastic nature surrounding Lyngborgen.
Below is an example of how a day could be structured:
08.00-09.00: Breakfast
09.30-11.30: 5Rhythms dance
12:00 - 13:00: Lunch
13.00-16.00: Leisure time
16.00-18.00: 5Rhythms dance - A wave that builds on today's theme
18.30-19.30: Dinner
20:00 - 22:00: Evening - Leisure or community activities

Lyngborgen is located on a large natural plot of 60,000 m2 and approx. 500 m from a beautiful beach in the bay of Sejerø.
There is a small natural forest on the plot, soccer field, volleyball court, basket net and campfire. Lyngborgen borders a beautiful and protected nature area, and this area are the only one between Lyngborgen and the beach.
The camp contains a large and separate pyramid-shaped space with wooden floor.
The beds are divided into double rooms, 4- and 6-person rooms. Therefore, you must be confident with sleeping with others, of the same gender, unless you come in a group, with a number of 4 or 6 persons - that fits in the rooms.
It's possible to buy a single room and a bed in a double room and cabins.

Lyngborgen is located 90 km from Copenhagen and there is public transport to the site. There will also be an opportunity to coordinate transport in a group on Facebook. You can there connect with people who go by car to the retreat.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗘
To make the retreat as accessible, to as many people as possible, the price is low. This can be done because the facilities of Lyngborg aren't luxury. The accommodation is more in the hostel category.
Emphasis is placed on having good facilities for the dance and resources in creating a good program that can promote a rewarding process - less luxury but more effect 🙂
The camp is functioning by the help of the group. That means that you have a task everyday: breakfast, lunch, dinner, washing up or cleaning - approx. the duration of 1 hour.
But it's not just about the price. It is on purpose that the retreat is based on active co-responsibility. The good communities arise more often arise where we ourselves have a share in the creation.

𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜𝗦 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗷ø𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿?
I have a ❤️ that beats for dance. Dance has followed me since I started, as a 3-year-old, at Ulla Poulsen's dance school in Ringsted🙂 . My interest in body and movement started with my yoga and meditation practice when I was in my early twenties.
I became a yoga teacher in 2005 and have practiced 5Rhythms dance since 2007. I have taught improvised dance in my own concept - Nuets Dans - since 2015 and have since become a 5Rhythms teacher.
I am also a psychologist and have my own practice. I have worked clinically, i.a. with therapy and supervision, since 2005.
In recent years, I have been very busy developing methods where the body and movement are actively used in therapy.
I attended my first retreat at the age of 26 and have since participated in many different retreats. My own experiences, both good and bad, help to create the framework for the stay.
Over the past 11 years I have organized many different camps and retreats and my ❤️ also beats for what we can create together.
My own training and teaching can be summarized as a training in; "being with what there is", regardless of whether it is in dance, therapy, meditation, yoga or another form of practice. This is what I strive for in my own life and try to pass on.
