Reiki Level I: March 2026

In Reiki Level I, the self-healing process begins. We are guided through the journey of cleansing the energetic blockages that stand in the way of The Authentic Self.

What you will Learn:

-What Reiki is, its history, and how it heals
- Reiki Precepts
- Byosen Scanning
- Kenyoku technique
- Gassho Meditation
- Holy Fire Experience (like a guided meditation)
- Hand placements for self-treatment
- Hand placements for treating others

Note: This class takes place over the course of TWO DAYS. 2/7 and 2/8
