Unveiling Your True Self: An Enneagram Journey
Description: Dive into the ancient wisdom of the Enneagram to discover your unique personality blueprint. This 2-hour workshop offers a compassionate space to identify your core type, understand its underlying motivations, and learn how to consciously observe and release ingrained default reactions that no longer serve you. By recognizing these patterns within yourself, you'll gain clarity, cultivate inner freedom, and begin to respond to life with greater awareness and choice.
What to expect: You do not need to have prior knowledge of the Enneagram or what pattern you lead with. This is an interactive workshop and all participants will be asked, but not required, to share their insights. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared for some gentle movement.
Lisa Mazzoni was introduced to the Enneagram framework about 10 years ago when she was in a corporate leadership role and it totally transformed how she showed up as a leader, and a human. Lisa is an accredited Enneagram practitioner and certified Deep Coaching professional who now runs her own business, Growth Collaborations, helping others through their transformations.
