Der diesjährige Kultursommer findet seinen Abschluss in der Nacht der Kerzen am 4. Oktober um 17 Uhr. Rund um den Thomas-Küttler-Platz am Wende-Denkmal findet die Gedenkveranstaltung an die Friedliche Revolution vor 36 Jahren in Plauen statt. Es wird an die Ereignisse vom 7. Oktober 1989 mit Musik, Zeitzeugen und Aktionen erinnert.
