In the midst of the busy, often overwhelming holiday season, this workshop invites you to pause, ground, and reconnect with what truly matters. Through the lens of yoga, we’ll explore gratitude not just as a fleeting emotion—but as a steady state of awareness that helps us stay centered, even when life feels chaotic.
We’ll begin with a gentle vinyasa flow to move energy and settle the mind. From there, we’ll dive into a discussion on the yogic model of healing, exploring how the 8 limbs to enlightenment show us the steps to see life more clearly and respond with compassionate truth.
With guided journaling and self-reflection, you’ll have space to acknowledge what’s real, what’s meaningful, and what you’re ready to release. We’ll close with a soothing guided meditation to embody gratitude—not just for what’s good, but for all that has shaped us.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
- How Suffering Arises : The Yoga Model of Healing
- The Four Basic Necessities to Life
- The Four Cardinal Virtues of Life
- What is Gratitude
- Gratitude in the Brain & Body
- The 5 Love Languages
- The Practice of Gratitude
Come as you are—overwhelmed, hopeful, tired, or joyful—and leave with a clearer heart, a quieter mind, and a renewed connection to what matters most.
