About the event

TEFF & the Hoboken Museum Present a Special Screening of “How I Roll” TEFF's ADA Award Winning Film
(Hoboken, NJ) On Saturday October 18, at 7:00pm, the Thomas Edison Film Festival (TEFF) and the Hoboken Historical Museum present “How I Roll” by Brianne Berkson and Miguel Gluckstern, winners of the TEFF’s DEAI Stellar Award, honoring the Americans withe Disabilities Act.

Berkson and Gluckstern’s (partners known as BriGuel) documentary film “How I Roll” tells the story of Robin Cohen, who has faced unthinkable hardships while battling MS (Multiple Sclerosis) for over 24 years. “How I Roll” is an eye-opening story of resilience, and follows Robin Cohen as she navigates Miami, Manhattan, and her family history of loss and great love. This unique and deeply moving film will be shown on Saturday evening only, October 18th at 7:00pm, and is not to be missed.

TEFF festival director Jane Steuerwald will introduce the filmmakers BriGuel, and Robin Cohen and lead a Q&A following the screening. Admission is free to the public and light refreshments will be served. Donations are deeply appreciated.
