Pilates Fusion Pop-Up Event

Join me in a high-energy 45 min Pilates Fusion mat class. This unique pop-up experience blends classical Pilates with contemporary, dynamic and functional movements to improve core stability, flexibility, and endurance. Set to an upbeat playlist, this low-impact yet challenging class will leave you feeling strong and toned!

This event is $49 and will be from 8-8:45am, followed by an unlimited free coffee and matcha bar from 8:45am-9:30am. Light bites and giveaways included. Shop Pretty Sole will be there selling their cutest Pilates socks!
