The Cape Raoul cruise and some areas of the Port Arthur Historic Site may not be fully wheelchair accessible.
Accessible restrooms and parking are available at the Port Arthur Historic Site, but access to the cruise vessel and certain historic buildings or walking trails may be limited for guests with mobility needs.

Arrive at the Port Arthur jetty at least 15 minutes before your scheduled cruise departure.
The cruise is weather-dependent; in the event of rough seas or poor conditions, the operator may alter the route or cancel the cruise (refunds apply if cancelled).
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed and depend on season and conditions.
Meals and refreshments are not included; a café is available on site, but not all variants include meal breaks.
Additional premium tours or experiences within the historic site may require separate tickets.
Free parking and standard site amenities (toilets, visitor centre) are available at Port Arthur.
If your experience includes bus transfers from Hobart, confirm your meeting point and departure time in advance.
