Vietnam’s tourism industry is entering a new era—one defined by both profound change and unprecedented opportunity. The reshaping of administrative boundaries, with localities being merged and reorganized, is not only transforming how tourism is managed and operated but also unlocking the chance to reimagine the way we build and promote destination brands. In this context, destination brand marketing strategies must be reconsidered from the ground up—from brand architecture and storytelling to data-driven insights that inform strategy and strengthen competitiveness.
The seminar “Reimagining Destination Brand Marketing in a Time of Change: Integration, Differentiation and Data-Driven Strategies” aims to deliver diverse and in-depth perspectives from distinguished speakers who are experts in communications, branding, and data analytics. It also provides a valuable platform for domestic tourism promotion agencies and travel businesses to access actionable data, measurement frameworks, destination brand-building techniques, and real-world lessons from leading consultants and destinations in the region.
The program will comprise three keynote presentations offering deep analysis on the role of destination brands in shaping visitor perception, building compelling destination brands for tourism, and Singapore’s experience in crafting a global destination brand, followed by a panel discussion on destination brand marketing in the new context.
