Join us for an exhibition and interactive workshop by artist David Lang, showcasing intimate charcoal portraits of everyday life in Vietnam’s northern ethnic communities, particularly the H’mong.
Drawn on traditional giấy dó paper, these works are raw, tactile, and emotionally layered – capturing quiet, powerful moments that speak to identity, resilience, and connection.
Through charcoal, chalk, and traditional materials, David brings to life a range of human experiences — from a girl sewing quietly indoors to elders chatting outside village homes
