Canning Basics Workshop

Curious about canning? Not sure where to start? Want to explore the different methods and learn why each is used?

This is the workshop for you! Join us as we take a look at the world of canning!

We'll discuss the different methods, equipment and canners used to preserve your favorite foods.

After an overview, you'll be guided through the steps to prepare items and take them from raw ingredients to shelf stable jars.

Join us for canning in action!

$40/person: each participant will take home a jar that they prepared and canned themselves!
