This reflective, guided walk helps leaders experience solitude of thought (different from isolation) and re-center before crafting what they envision for their teams. ***If the weather shifts, we simply shift with it — moving indoors for a quiet reflection experience that invites the same insight and renewal. Rain just changes the path, not the purpose.
