Get me out the four walls are celebrating 10 years of supporting parents across Norfolk to escape their four walls, promoting positive mental health and preventing social isolation in parenthood.
With thanks to the Norfolk Community Foundation and the Freemans trust we are hosting a series of fully funded events in some areas we are not yet reaching with a view to recruit 10 new parent ambassadors and increase our support to parents across the county.
Could you be one of these parent ambassadors? Would you like to host social meets in your area? and support our cause to reduce social isolation in parenthood?

You are booking a FREE space for one of our funded sessions at Jolly Junction soft play, Wymondham.
Jolly Junction is a purpose build soft play centre with great facilities for the kids to run around and let off some steam, while you enjoy a hot drink on us and can talk to our charities volunteer co-Ordinator about signing up as a parent ambassador.
Please book a space for each adult and child attending - see ticket options. A free hot drink will be provided for you and a soft drink for your child. More refreshments are available for you to order from the centre’s cafe.
Due to high demand, should you be unable to attend this session, please do cancel your space so this can be allocated to another family.
