Yoga workshop Warrior Flow

Feeempowered like a warrior! A practice that's perfect for yogis from beginners to advanced with options to make your practice more advanced or a little easier. Each pose will be delivered in a flowing rythmn and you can take breaks whenever you like. The class will end with a relaxed savasana to bring total calm into the body

Please bring a yoga mat, water, blanket and pillow if you like
