Beginning in February at KYRIA YOGA Wellness I’ll be running 6 weeks of gentle sessions for women who are ready to stop running on empty & start feeling like themselves again.
This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about softening, regulating your nervous system & learning how to feel safe, steady & confident in your own skin.
Together we’ll work through things like..
– self-worth
– boundaries
– confidence
– letting go of old stories
– balancing your energy
– & creating inner safety
All in a way that feels grounding, supportive & real.
You don’t have to commit to all six, you can just book 1.
You don’t have to be “ready”.
Just come as you are.
Each session stands on its own..so whether you come once or every week, you’ll leave with something that stays with you.
This is your weekly pause.
Your nervous system reset.
Your reminder that you matter too.
We get so good at holding everything together, being the strong one, the organiser, the carer, the do-it-all woman… that we forget what it feels like to be supported.
Spaces are limited to 8 per session to give quality & the best support possible.
