Mince Pies & Truffle making event [2 spaces left]

In this event you will craft your own rich and fruity (and not sickly) sweet pie filling, and your own short and delicious pastry to create the ultimate mince pie.

Then, just because it's Christmas, you will also make your own chocolate ganache truffles, learning how to temper chocolate to make some moulded shells and fill them.

You can take them away to gift on, or enjoy with a Christmas movie snacks at home.
