Guided Meditation Group

Welcome to the first in our series of group meditations! Suitable for all, our first session is a super relaxing and rebalancing experience using an expertly guided meditation alongside balancing sound frequencies and gentle aromatherapy.
Spaces are very limited so booking is essential, if all spaces are filled I will create a waiting list giving first refusal to book future sessions.
A complimentary drink is included in the session price (herbal tea, standard tea/coffee or chilled water) and free parking is available in the public car park next to clinic.
