Join us for an afternoon of hands-on sourdough fun at Blue Barn Cidery! In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn the art and science of sourdough — from caring for your starter to mixing, shaping, and baking a loaf that’s both beautiful and delicious.

Each participant will:
? Mix their own dough to take home and bake the next day
? Receive a live sourdough starter to continue baking at home
? Get a detailed Sourdough 101 booklet with tips, techniques, and a full bread recipe
? Use all tools and ingredients provided during class
? Enjoy a complimentary drink from Blue Barn Cidery while you learn
