Join us for an afternoon of hands-on sourdough fun at Blue Barn Cidery! In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn the art and science of sourdough — from caring for your starter to mixing, shaping, and baking a loaf that’s both beautiful and delicious.
Each participant will:
🥖 Mix their own dough to take home and bake the next day
🌾 Receive a live sourdough starter to continue baking at home
📖 Get a detailed Sourdough 101 booklet with tips, techniques, and a full bread recipe
🍽 Use all tools and ingredients provided during class
🍎 Enjoy a complimentary drink from Blue Barn Cidery while you learn
🛒Shop some limited Six Acre Sourdough products before, during and after class
