The St. Mark UMC Singles Ministry invites all Single Adults to join us on our annual beach trip to Hilton Head Island in September. Please see the reservation details below as provided by The Westin.
Thank you for choosing The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa to host your room block! I am your Group Housing Coordinator and will be your point of contact for anything related to guest room reservations.
I want to take this opportunity to review the details of your room block:
Ø There are a total of 20 room nights blocked as follows:
Ø Guests can book their reservation on-line using the customized link created for your event:

Ø Last day to book reservations in your block is 8/18/25, the cutoff date per your sales agreement. Any rooms remaining in your block will be released 5pm ET on the cutoff date and will no longer be available.
Ø Additional fees / taxes added to the room rate are:
· Daily resort fee $38
· Tax 10% (4% room tax, 3% occupancy tax and 3% beach preservation fee)
· Tourism fee $3.75
· Total per night: $401.95 (maximum 4 per room)
Ø Billing arrangement for guest rooms is set as “IPO” individual pays own. Each guest is responsible for paying their own room so they will need to provide a credit card at time of booking to secure their reservation.
Ø Reservations can be cancelled, without penalty, up to five days before arrival date. Guests who cancel inside the five-day window will incur a one-night fee.
Ø Guests who depart earlier than their reserved check-out date will be subject to a one-night early departure fee.
Ø Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
