Children's Story Time with Vivian Riley Akins

Vivian was born and raised in South Carolina and has had many careers over the years. She has been a minister, teacher, and real estate agent, but her favorite career is now children’s book author! Now retired, she is finally living her dream of writing fun, positive and creative books for kids. She is also a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Vivian draws joy and inspiration from her life and Christian faith. Vivian now lives in Cartersville, GA with her husband, Billy Ray and their adorable miniature dachshund, Ruby.
