Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day during Hilton Head Island’s Running of the Green. The 5K Run / Walk will start at 8:00am from Celebration Park. It's Fun to Run in Green. Fast & Flat 5K. We encourage everyone to run or walk in St. Patty’s Colors.
