Stroke Technique Clinic 1:30-3:30 PM :
A 2 hour standup paddle clinic on land and on the water. In this clinic we will cover:
Step by step paddle stroke technique – on land
Drills designed to improve your stroke efficiency, power, and speed – on the water
Best practices and stroke adjustments to modify for and prevent injuries
This is the essential Seychelle SUP stroke clinic. Come with an open body and mind, ready to try and to learn new things.
This clinic is for all level paddlers from novice to advanced who have a love of this sport and desire to progress, but not for complete beginners.
SUP Skills Clinic 4-6PM
A 2 hour standup paddle clinic on land and on the water. In this clinic we will cover:
Footwork for moving on your board
The 4 different phases of turning your SUP including step-back pivot turns
Drills to hone your inner speed demon. (improve your sprinting)
This clinic is for novice to advanced paddlers with at least some SUP racing experience.
Bring all of your SUP skills questions, your board, paddle, pfd, leash, and hydration.
