Pop-Up Class: Chat Fix!

Chaturanga Dandasana is perhaps one of the most misunderstood yoga poses. When repeatedly practiced incorrectly, poor form can lead to injury and absence of all the glorious benefits!
Let us help you refine your chaturanga by focusing on proper alignment (for your body) in this special 75-min class geared toward those who have some yoga experience.

We'll work as a group to refine and break down the pose with tips on transitioning to upward dog/downward dog to complete your sun salutation! Led by studio owners and sister duo Rhiannon & Kelly Mehring.

Investment is $27/members;$30 non-members. Please register each person individually!
