Deep Stretch, Dynamic Breathwork & Sound Bath

This experience combines movement with dynamic breathwork and sound healing for an ultimate state of relaxation and ease.

Set to relaxing music, a soft, replenishing stretch session will restore your muscles & release tension as you increase flexibility and find sweet relief. *Enjoy a take home magnesium infused essential oil spray + guided self-massage at the beginning to drop in to a deep state of calm.

Take conscious control of your breathing through a led practice of dynamic breathwork, followed by the frequencies of crystal singing bowls to help drop into deep rest (with optional temple massage).
