Anchoring Light: A Community Meditation & Sound Bath

Anchoring light is a sound bath & guided meditation to invite in light, ease, and simplicity during the winter season.

This is an immersive, full-body listening experience to soothe and relax the mind and body. Using sound and guided meditation, we will gently:

- Let go of stress
- Cultivate appreciative joy
- Invite in ease, relaxation, and play
- Send loving kindness to ourselves and others
