Civilian Release Letter Authorized:
Supervisors may release civilian employees (both appropriated and non-appropriated) wishing to attend the event pursuant to Title 5 authority for up to 90 minutes without charge to leave, in conjunction with normal lunch period, as time and management-determined mission requirements permit.
