Description:Join for a nurturing, earth-connected circle designed especially for empaths, sensitives, and nature lovers who crave deep restoration and grounding. Together, we’ll create a sacred space to come home to ourselves and the Earth through gentle practices that soothe the nervous system and awaken our inner wisdom.

Through a blend of nature connection, meditation, journaling, and connection, this circle offers a heart-opening pause to remember your strength, sensitivity, and rootedness. We’ll sip nourishing herbal tea as we connect with the land, ourselves, and each other. This month will also feature Meredith Waller, of Rooted Wellness Counseling, a Self-Worth Therapist & Expert.

This circle is all about Coming Home to Yourself in a Loud World:

• This circle will be co-lead by Meredith, a Self-Love Therapist & Expert and Taylor, an Intuitive Herbalist & Nature-Connected Coach.
• In this circle, we'll have various rich practices to learn how to let go of the noise outside, reclaim your energy and step into your gifts as an Empath.
• Breathwork, meditation, guided journaling reflections to learn.
• Herbal tea & nourishing snacks.
