If for some reason you can’t come and have indicated you were coming, please let us know, this is costing us more per person every year.
Everyone should bring a side dish. A-K bring a dessert: L-Z bring a side dish.
We will do attendance prizes again. Everyone should bring at least one per person attending. If you want your children to participate, bring an appropriate children give away- at least one per child attending.
It will be approx $10 per person this year. This covers Hall Rent, Chicken, Bartender fee, utensils, etc. Children 0 to 5, are free. 6 to 12 is $4 per child.
