Chakra Class

Back by popular demand: Explore the energy centers of the body with Krissy and Angie. During this 7-week course, you will explore the 7 major chakras, including the crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root chakras. Each week, we will deep dive into one chakra and then explore it further. By the end of this course, you will have a clear understanding of each chakra and how it relates to your daily life and health. We will conclude each class with a meditation specifically tailored to clearing and balancing the chakra.
September 8th-Root Chakra
September 15th-Sacral Chakra (From 6:00---7:00, Angie will be doing a Chakra Reset)
September 22nd-Solar Plex
September 29-Heart Chakra
October 6th-Throat Chakra
October 13th-3rd Eye Chakra
October 20th-Crown Chakra
