Mock Interviews are practice interviews that simulate a real job interview, allowing students to rehearse their responses, improve communication skills, and receive constructive feedback to build confidence and prepare for actual interviews. Your participation is invaluable in helping our students gain real-world interview experience.
As an interviewer, you will be assigned to a table where you will conduct mock interviews with students. Your primary tasks will include:
Conducting Interviews: Review the student's resume and ask questions based on the provided interview questions.
Providing Feedback: After each interview, take a moment to provide constructive feedback to each student, identifying both strengths and areas for improvement.
Scoring: You will score students on a scale of 1-5 in key areas, including Professionalism, Communication, Content Knowledge, Body Language, and Overall Impression.
