Highland Park Downtown Concert Series Grand Finale and Scarecrow Trail

The City of Highland Park will celebrate fall and the close of the 2025 Downtown Concert Series with a very special grand finale featuring four live performances and the return of the Scarecrow Trail throughout downtown businesses on September 26 from 4 - 8 PM at Port Clinton Square! This scarecrow-themed event will bring family fun kids’ activities live music food and giant interactive scarecrows together for one last hurrah to the Summer Concert Series as we usher in the festive fall season.

In this second annual Scarecrow Trail Highland Park will transform info an autumn wonderland complete with over two dozen uniquely decorated scarecrows throughout the Business District. Attendees can spend the afternoon exploring the displays before casting a vote for “Best in Show Scarecrow”.

Bring a lawn chair to Port Clinton Square to enjoy a jam-packed schedule of on-site activities and live music by local favorites:

· 4 - 4:30 PM: Mary Macaroni voted Chicago’s best clown via chicagokids.com

· 4:45 - 5:15 PM: Istvan & His Imaginary Band music for all-ages

· 5:30 - 6:30 PM: Local favorites Ben Tatar & The Tatar Tots

· 6:30 – 8 PM: Saturday June Band ending the evening with rock n’ roll

Onsite food and drink vendors include Fluffy Bunny and Steep Ravine Brewing Company. Libations will be available for those 21 and older.
