Harvest Moon Yoga

Join us for a candlelight event with instructor: Steve Franks at the beach in celebration of the Harvest Moon. On this evening the full moon is closest to the Autumnal Equinox and is historically a time to reflect on what has come to fruition in our lives. Please bring a mat and water bottle.
