You’re invited to gather with us on the powerful 1/11 Portal for ELEVATE—an evening of movement, music, and connection.

Together, we’ll come into CommUNITY to move, breathe, and open—allowing the energy of the portal to support expansion, clarity, and heart-centered presence. This is a space to release, reconnect, and rise—individually and together.

• Guided embodiment + movement
• Cacao activation
• Ecstatic dance journey
• Sound bath integration
• Closing circle

Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water
• Blanket for the sound journey
• Optional snack to share

Wear comfortable layers that allow for movement. Chairs will be available for rest or meditation.
