A year ago, we opened the doors to The Place with one simple intention — to create something real. A space that feels welcoming and human, where families feel understood, supported, and connected.
Since then, our village has grown — filled with incredible families, referrers, community partners, and the most wonderful team of humans who bring their hearts to The Place every single day.
Now, it’s time to celebrate Gratitude & Growth — our first birthday, our community, and YOU.
